1. Eligibility & Registration Requirements
Age Limit
hii77's services are for individuals aged 21 years or older only. At the time of registration, you must be legally an adult and eligible to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of Bangladesh. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If an account holder is found to be a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
Single Account
Only one account is permitted per person, household address, device, or IP address. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any accumulated bonuses being cancelled.
Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect information may delay account verification or result in the permanent closure of your account. hii77 may request official identity documents for verification at any time.
2. Account Management
Password Security
Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone. hii77 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account by a third party.
Account Verification (KYC)
hii77 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a secure environment. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other official documents. If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
Inactive Accounts
If there is no activity on an account for an extended period (twelve consecutive months or more), it may be marked as inactive. A minimum administrative fee may apply to such accounts. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact our support team.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Methods & Limits
hii77 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status and is subject to change.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be on hold if account verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawal of bonus balance is only available after the wagering requirements have been met.
Third-Party Payments
Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All transactions must be completed through the account holder's own payment method. If a third-party payment is suspected, hii77 reserves the right to reject the transaction and investigate the account.
4. Bonus & Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
New users at hii77 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more will still cap the bonus at ৳10,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳32,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds become withdrawable. The bonus cannot be separated from the deposit without meeting the wagering requirement.
General Bonus Terms
- Each promotional offer has its own validity period and conditions.
- A welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- hii77 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion.
- If a bonus is not used within the specified time after being received, it may be cancelled.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
Bet Acceptance
All bet and game outcomes are determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG) of the relevant game software provider. The results displayed on the hii77 platform are considered final. In the event of any discrepancy between server logs and game results, the server data will be treated as authoritative.
Technical Issues
hii77 will not be held liable if a bet is voided due to network disruption, power outage, or device failure during a gaming session. However, in the case of a verified server error, affected bets will be cancelled and stakes will be refunded.
Fair Play
hii77 ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment. If any user attempts to gain abnormal profits by exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or any other irregularity, this will be treated as misconduct and the associated winnings will be forfeited.
6. VIP & Loyalty Program
VIP Tiers & Benefits
hii77 has four VIP tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Tier Change Conditions
Continued sports and gaming activity can automatically move you to a higher tier. In the case of prolonged inactivity, a user may be moved down to a lower tier. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the relevant account holder.
7. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Behavior
The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if proven, will result in immediate account closure:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing fraudulent or false information.
- Bonus abuse or bonus hunting activities.
- Hacking software, using bots, or using automated playing tools.
- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
- Threatening or using abusive language toward other users.
Investigation & Action
If suspicious activity is detected, hii77 reserves the right at any time to suspend transactions, investigate the account, and notify law enforcement authorities where applicable.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

Limitation of Damages
hii77 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. Gaming inherently carries financial risk, and by opening an account the user is considered to have knowingly accepted this risk.
10. Service Suspension or Termination
hii77's Rights
hii77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any reason. Immediate action may be taken in particular cases involving breach of terms, fraud, or security concerns.
Voluntary Account Closure by User
A user may at any time contact the support team to request account closure. Any remaining valid balance will be returned after all pending transactions are completed and bonus conditions are met.
11. Changes to Terms
Right to Make Changes
hii77 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email address or through platform notifications.
Effective Date of Changes
Continued use of the platform after revised terms have been published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. If you object to the new terms, please stop using the service and request account closure.
